Fun in Island Park

Trey and Ashlyn's first time at the cabin and they loved it.
Trey and Dad just relaxing.
Ashlyn swinging in the baby swing. She tried the big girl swing but decides at random time that she is done and just hops right out!
Ashlyn taking Grandma on a 4-wheeler ride.
Adam and I even got away for a minute. Pat watched the kids while we tried to ride bikes to big springs. The sand on the trails made this difficult so we turned around after about one hour. Later we went again but this time on the 4-wheeler. It was really fun.
Enjoying the beautiful day!
Floating the river. (Yes, the river is very mellow. No, it is not very deep. Yes, I am wearing a life jacket. Why? I'm really not sure. Maybe next time I'll brave it without one. he-he)
It was the perfect day to float the river. The temperature was about 75 the whole time we were there and it was perfect!
Trying to keep Ashlyn inside the boat!

Splashing
As soon as we got off the boat Ashlyn went straight to the water and got right in. The water was only 55 degrees--too cold for me!
The girl who loves water.

Island Park got 28 feet of snow this past winter. This is just one of the many structures that didn't survive the winter.
Leaving Island Park. We had such a fun time. We went to Macks Inn play house Friday night and saw the Phantom of the Grandoleopry. Pat and Ed left Saturday and we stayed through Sunday. On our way home we got to shake Elder Ballards hand at a rest stop. It was really special. We had a great trip!
